When we shifted to curbside service in early 2020 due to COVID conditions and restrictions, the team at Taylorsville Veterinary Clinic never thought we might also create a new waiting room protocol that enhances the experience for our patients and pet parents.
We learned that most patients have a better experience and actually prefer to use their cars as a waiting room. Less interaction with other pets means less stress – which makes it easier on you too!
So, we’re sticking with it! Curbside check-in will continue at our practice – not because of COVID, but for your convenience.
